Refund

Please note - subject to exchange or return once the new product, which was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, to counter the phone no more than 5 minutes of calls, the software has not been modified, etc.

And as should be saved:

- Complete product;
- The integrity of all components and packaging;
- Labels;
- Factory markings.

Exchange or return of goods produced exclusively at our offices at the addresses specified in the contact section, Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.
To refund the consumer must have a passport, warranty sheet, as well as a check. Refund is possible in the day return policy, or if there is no money in hand, for a maximum of 7 days.
