On all goods purchased in our online store, the guarantee of 24 months. 24 months warranty includes 12 months of full warranty and 12 months of free service. The warranty period is specified in the description of each item on our website. The confirmation of warranty is the warranty card from the AppleStore.
Checking completeness and defects in the product produced by the transfer of goods to the buyer. Completeness of the product is determined by the description of the product or how to use it.

Exchange and return of goods within the first 14 days after purchase

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Zahist rights spozhivachіv" customers in our shop have the right to exchange or return merchandise purchased from us within the first 14 days of purchase.
Please note - subject to exchange or return once the new product that:

- Has not been used and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs,

- On the counter of the phone is not more than 5 minutes of talking,

- The software has not been modified, etc.

- And so must be preserved: a complete set of goods, and the integrity of all components of the packaging, labels, marking the factory.


Exchange or return of goods produced in one of our offices MIZ at the place of purchase, from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 17.00. To refund the buyer must have a passport. Refund is possible in the day return policy, or if there is no money in hand, for a maximum of 7 days.

Warranty repair Product

To obtain a free warranty service, please keep the warranty card for the life of the product.

Service Center may deny warranty repairs in the following cases:
- Violations of the preservation of the security seals;
- The availability of mechanical and other damages that result from intentional or careless actions buyer or a third party;
- Violations of regulations set forth in the operating documents;
- Tampering, repair or alteration of internal communications products and components, changes in design or scheme of the goods;
- Improper filling of the warranty card;
- If the serial or IMEI number, which is in memory products, altered, obliterated or can not be installed.

Warranty does not apply to the following faults:
- Natural wear and tear or exhaustion of the resource;
- Accidental damage (defects caused by the client);
- Damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- Damage caused by neglect or the use of (non-temperature conditions, the impact of liquid, dust, mechanical damage, getting into the body of foreign objects);
- Damage caused by the accidental raising or lowering the network;
- Damage caused by improper power connections;
- Damage caused by defects in the system, which used this product or resulting from the connection and connect to other commodity products;
- Damage caused by use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation.

What if the service center can not repair the product during the warranty period?
 
If the warranty period the product you have purchased is out of order due to the fault of the manufacturer and can not be repaired in Nash Service Center, we will exchange the product for the same or refund money.

To do this, please give us:
- The goods with full equipped;
- Warranty card;
- A document confirming payment;
- The conclusion of the service center with a note that the product has a "significant disadvantage".
