In-person Pickup

Ordered goods can be picked up at one of our many offices. On weekdays from 10:00 to 18:30 or from 11:00 to 14:00 on Saturday if you contact us ahead of time.

After your order has been processed our managers will contact you to confirm the order details such as order number and when you can come pick them up.

Delivery to Kiev

Delivery within the central part of Kiev is free, delivery to more remote parts of kiev has the small price of 30 UAH.

In Kiev deliveries are handeled from 9:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 14:00 on Saturday. The exact time will be agreed upon in advance. Our staff will not only to work hard to make sure your order is arrives on your doorstep at a convenient time for you, but will also deliver all of the extra documents for the device (waranty, instructions etc.).

If you placed your order before 15:00 - we will try our hardest to deliver it the same day.


Delivery to Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Odessa

Delivery to these cities costs 30 UAH.

Delivery to other cities in Ukraine

Delivery to any region of Ukraine takes 1-2 days and is carried by courier "New Mail"(Новая почта)
The main advantages of this courier service are:
1. Goods are delivered in virtually any city in Ukraine during the day.
2. Payment for the goods only after you receieve it.
3. Direct delivery of products to your home.

All orders received before 14:00 are shipped the same day. All those that arrive after 14:00 - the next one.

Upon receipt of the goods, the beneficiary pays:
1. The cost of the phone
2. The cost of insurance
3. Shipping cost
4. Shipping tax(2% product value)

Delivery of a phone with insurance and shipment tax is about 80 - 200 UAH depending on your city exact product.

Payment Methods

Cash

Cash payment is only possible when you buy in person in Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk, or via "New Mail" in other cities. Payment is to made out in UAH with the exchange rates specified in at the time of ordering.
A receipt will be issued confirming payment.

Cashless - Invoce

Non-cash payment is also availble. After placing an order, a store manager will send you an invoice by fax or E-mail, which you can pay at any bank or with a company checking account. Please make sure to keep all of the paperwork you recieve with your product.

Payment by installments - Credit

We at AppleStore provide the opportunity to pay for purchases from us in installments. All you have to pay upfront is a single installment of a 6 month program.
