1. Customer Support

To save you time we offer you to take advantage of our in-house customer service when buying from us. We understand customer care and all that it entails, that includes full customization of your purchases, installation of extra programs, as well as one on one counseling and assistance in the use of new devices.

2. Warranty

General information

All products sold in our online store are accompanied by a 12 month warranty from our store. In accordance with Ukrainian laws, our customers have the right to exchange or return merchandise purchased from us within the first 14 days of purchase.
One of our priorities is to ensure that all customers regardless of their location recieve the full range of warranty services. To do achieve this, we have many offices in many differet parts of Ukraine or partner offices where they can go to in the event of neccesary warranty repairs. All details can be found here.

3. Post-warranty service

In the event of device failure after the warranty expires we can: determine the probable cause of failure, make the necessary repairs, and order missing parts for your device if neccesary.

We handle all of the repairs ourselves for all Apple. With service centers in Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk we can offer:
